Scaffold Adjustable Base Jack / Scaffolding U Head Jack
Our scaffolding adjustable jacks include base jacks (bottom screw jack) and U-head jacks (top screw jack), essential load-bearing adjustable accessories for ring lock scaffolding, cuplock scaffolding, frame scaffolding and aluminum formwork systems.
This adjustable screw jack is made of solid carbon steel, fully threaded with trapezoidal heavy-duty threads, equipped with cast iron nut and galvanized anti-rust surface. It can freely adjust the height of the entire scaffolding frame, balance uneven ground load, support concrete beams and slabs during building construction. Widely used in high-rise building construction, bridge engineering, tunnel formwork, viaduct projects and indoor renovation scaffolding support.
Split into two mainstream types:
Base Jack (Bottom Jack): Flat square base plate + threaded rod + adjusting nut, placed at the bottom of scaffolding uprights to level the scaffold on uneven ground.
U Head Jack (Top Jack): U-shaped saddle head + threaded rod + adjusting nut, installed on top of vertical poles to bear wood beams, steel joists and formwork weight.
Adopt thick trapezoidal full thread, larger contact stress area, strong bearing capacity, no sliding thread under heavy concrete pouring load. Smooth rotation of cast iron adjusting nut, easy height fine-tuning for construction workers, lock height firmly after adjustment to prevent sinking.
Whole product hot galvanized surface, thick zinc layer completely covers thread, nut and base plate. Resist rain, mud, cement water and outdoor long-term exposure, effectively avoid rust blocking threads, extend service life of repeated turnover construction. Far superior to ordinary paint or blackening treatment.
Threaded rod: Solid Q235 carbon steel, thickened rod body, anti-bending, not easy to deform under heavy load.
Base plate: Thickened square steel plate with mounting holes, large contact area to disperse pressure, prevent sinking on soft ground.
Cast iron nut: Ductile cast iron wing nut, impact resistant, durable for thousands of times of adjustment.
U-head saddle: Thickened stamped steel U bracket, stable clamping for wooden beams without slipping.
Complete set consists of threaded rod + adjusting nut + base/U head, no extra assembly parts. Directly matched with standard scaffolding vertical tubes, flexible height adjustment range. After construction disassembly, clean and reuse for multiple projects, greatly reduce construction auxiliary material procurement cost.
